KFKA

1310 AM KFKA is a News/Talk station in Greeley, Colorado.  Their first air date was in June 1923 but earlier experimental broadcasts date as far back as 1917.  KFKA was originally owned by the Colorado State Teachers College (now the University of Northern Colorado) but converted to a commercial station in 1930.
