KROY

Sacramento California's 96.9 FM KROY began as an Album Oriented Rock station that was on the air from 1979 to 1984.  After a brief format and call letter change, KROY returned as a Hot AC outlet which lasted until 1990.  The frequency is currently home to Classic Rock station KSEG "96.9 The Eagle"
